Held, heard, nourished & nurtured - that is my goal as your birth doula. I meet you where you are to uplift your intuition, your vision & your circumstances to help facilitate an empowering and positive birth experience for both you and your partner. I work as a collaborative member of your birth team to provide emotional, informational, logistical and physical support WITHOUT judgement, shame or bias. My quality of care stands out as its of utmost importance to me. Your doula plays a vital role in your birth experience and it is my mission to show families level of care that both meets and exceeds their expectations. Birth & Postpartum Doula | $2500
Care to the next level. This service offering includes all of my birth doula care plus an extension of care through your first 6 weeks postpartum to include 2 two hour visits, 2 full meals plus an organic herbal bath and warm oil massage at each visit. This is my ONLY postpartum doula offering, birth doula clients have the opportunity to upgrade to this package at any time.

Perinatal Guidance Call | $175
Not ready to hire a doula? This option is fantastic for gathering resources, asking questions and receiving in-depth support in preparation for birth and postpartum. This 90 minute call is beneficial in preparing for pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. It includes a follow-up email with information & resources we discussed during our call. Bone Broth Freezer Fill | $100
128 ounces of nutrient dense broth to nourish body & soul of the newborn mother. This broth can be sipped or used as a base for rice and soup. I source bones local to Loudoun County from regenerative farms raising happy, healthy cows on open pastures. I then add organic herbs, spices, veggies and even fruits to enhance not just the flavor but the nutritional benefits. This broth is designed to support digestion, immune function, milk production & healing down to a cellular level. I freeze the broth in easy-grab 2 cup portions and store in compostable freezer bags. A custom prepared package of 4 snacks and 1 herbal tea blend to make for easy-grab, nutrient dense and satiating food options for the newborn mother. Nourishing Meal Delivery | $275
A custom menu designed with the sole purpose of nourishing the newborn mother and her family in the immediate postpartum and beyond. This offering includes an entree, 2 sides, 1 dessert & a nourishing beverage. The portions are large and can serve as a single meal for a family of 4-6 or provide plenty of leftovers for a smaller family. We work together to asses dietary needs, restrictions & preferences. Ingredients are of the highest quality and locally sourced when possible. All food is prepared in a home kitchen using non toxic cookware such as cast iron, silicone, glass & wood.
