I meet my clients where they’re at, understanding that our intuitions all speak in different ways, come from different lived experiences & are taking us all to different destinations. You know YOU best and my goal is to hear that voice and support the goals and visions you have for yourself, your birth and your family given your circumstances and what makes you feel safe and supported. I am not a homebirth doula, a hospital doula, a medicated doula, a cesarean doula or a freebirth doula. I support ALL birth in various ways, what matters most to me is that the relationship feels mutually safe and respectful. I am honest and thorough in my guidance and make sure that regardless of the birth you are preparing for you feel held, heard, nourished & nurtured.

I LOVE supporting mothers in-home postpartum. However, I have to protect my energy and work in a way that is sustainable, so I only offer in-home postpartum care to my birth doula clients to endure continuity of care and a safe, well-established relationship in such a tender and intimate time.

Postpartum meal preparation is my focus but certainly not my limitation! I have cooked for MANY families. Postpartum is for life and as mothers we go through many season where we may benefit from having nourishing meals cooked for us and our family. I value the work that I do and I have dedicated a tremendous amount of time, money and energy towards refining my offerings and setting a high bar in our community for maternal care. Hiring me is an investment in your motherhood experience & I see to it that every family I work with reaps the benefit of that investment. While I do not offer generic discounts to all, repeat birth doula clients receive a 10% discount on future services! Depending on the circumstance, I am happy to discuss payment plans!

Last word of advice, if you are seeking discounted services be cautious of receiving discounted care. Interview multiple doulas & find the one you feel most at peace with :)
